Another fire sale. All these fire sales for HD DVD and they still get their butts kicked week after week
Not even 1 measely week this year, all with players at half the price of blu-ray. More people are willing to pay for better build quality than crappy Toshita hardware.
In hindsight though it would have been perfect for the xbox3ring death system.

HD DVD launched a few months earlier where as the 360 launched a year earlier. PS3 and 360 are actually VERY close relative to length of time on the market.

The funny thing is M$ sheep only prefer HD-DVD because it isn't Sony. Their thought process is so warped and biased it is pathetic.
If the formats had no name to them they'd all be over blu-ray as it has better specs as well as a better picture and sound on average. More space, bandwidth, durability, studio support and the software costs less on average. Yet they see blu-ray as a threat to the 360 despite the 360 not even using HD DVD for games. Sad little sheep just sad.

It is funny reading all the comments from people complaining that they can't even play the movies they got free with them (anywhere from 7 to 10 movies). Need firmware, need to boil disc, 10 minute load times.
